where to change the intro text

do you have any idea where in the options I can change this text? I search everywhere but I didn't find.

You have a very nice site

The text you are looking for comes from a List All Categories menu item.
Specifically the Page Display tab where you shouldfind that option 'Show Page Heading' is set to yes
and the text is in the option 'Page Heading'.
This is a standard Joomla! Menu facility - it is not a jDownloads specific.

In jD Options - Front End Tab - there is a block called Component Description in which you could add some info.  The block also supports HTML code so quite flexible.  Similarly there is a footer section.  These will appear on ALL jD pages so might not be want you want
There is always the descriptions in each of the Categories, subcate etc.,  and also in each Download
Perhaps you could sketch what you are aiming at showing and where.

I found the best way for me : create a new module "custom" and il published only on this page. This should make the job.
