When upgrading sites from 3.2 to the newest version of 3.9, we're running into an issue on some of them where the shortcodes used to display subheader title, page navigation, etc. are not being rendered correctly and are instead just displaying the shortcodes.

Is this a known issue, or is there any reason you can think of that this might be happening?Had overrides enabled that are not compatible with jD 3.9 series  - not a jD bug ColinM

Not come across this before!  But maybe I am not properly undertsanding the querry.
Could you please add a screen shot. Or it might be useful to look at one of the affected sites directly so I will send you a PM (Presonal Message)
