Menu item message in Control Panel

Hi,

The error message "Important! At least one jDownloads main menu item should be created and published!" is shown in the Control Panel even when there's already a jDownloads item published.

The message is shown if the menu type chosen is Single Category. This does not happen with the default type List All Categories. Haven't tested other types.

The temporary workaround is of course to create a (hidden) menu using the default type.

Hi,
maybe is the viewed message not clear enough and this is also not a bug. It shall be more a hint!
The message means a 'mean menu' which should be the  menu type 'All categories'.

I think we should change the text a little bit.

Ok. Only goes to show you can never be precise enough in a text (I have some experience). 
We have no need for the All categories menu, but the workaround is simple enough.
Since it's a hint, maybe remove the red color, it looks like an error message.

Other than that, thank you for a magnificent extension!
