Jdownloads doesn't work if you don't delete cache and cookies

Hi all, in my website https://www.produzionianimali.it, after weeks when all is ok, jd doesn't let you download the file you chose but the browser, after the recaptcha stuff, open again the first page from which you have choosen the file. You can download in a anonymous window or when you delete all the cache and cookies.
Is this a normal behavior? And what I can do to simplify the download to guests?

What happens at the users end is down to their browser setting.   I had no problems with cache or similar!This is not a bug but a setup of browser but also check your Configuration - Downloads settings
