Tree module stops Light Box functioning

If one has an image associated with a Download such as illustrated in pic 'tree-10' and then you click on the image  when the Lightbox function is set Yes  (Config - Front End tab - 'use jDownloads Light boox function') then the enlarged version of the image as shown correctly as in pic 'tree-11'.  Basically like an overlay with a transparent background.

However if the jD Tree module is published such as shown in pic 'tree-12' then the result is like that in pic 'tree-13' where only the enlarged image is shown.
