Download one PDF from Joomla article

I have installed JDownload in my Joomla 3.7.5.

I want to  download one PDF file from an article but I don't know how!!
I am new to JDownload and I have tried to read the doc. but are not able to figure out how i download of 1 PDF form an article. Anyone to help me?
