Can I add new e-mail placeholders?

Hi

I am using a custom field in my front end upload form. I would like the data from that field to be sent in the confirmation e-mail. How can I do that? I am on version 3.2.46.

i think you should look in the file /controllers/downlod.php and check the function send().
Here shoud be a part where the email confirmation is send But can also be a funtion in the helpers/  jdownloadshelper.php which is called in the send function. Sorry but I'm not in my office.
