Layout for Content-Plugin does not work

Hey,

I want to Change the layout for the Content-plugin, but it doesn't work!

If I Change the layout for "Downloads", everything is fine in the component view. But the layout of the Content-plugin isn't changed.

Is this a bug? Or am I doing anything wrong?
