Feature Request for Community Builder Users

It would be nice to add a field on a particular file(s) for it to be associated to a specific CB member, and a special tab show up on their profile listing those documents that are associated with them.

Kinda similar to the uploaded one that exists now however, on the file itself, it has a drop-down of CB users and you select it.

Kind of neat option to help with groups like mine who have members with paper applications that we store, they would be able to see the files we have on file for them.

Also this feature would allow that specific member to download the file, regardless of the security feature/control that's on it.
