How to activate files from certain user group automaticaly?

I have some users that will be working on my server and I want their front-end uploads to be approved automaticly. I am putting them in the "Publisher" group so how can I set it to use that?

The 'options' for the front end users are in User Groups Settings in the jDownloads section of the Main Joomla menu .  So click on User Groups Settings. It will show a list of User Groups and some of their settings.  In your case click on the Publisher UG.
This opens up the front end confiuration for that user group.  Ther are 3 tabs Group Settings,
Group Creation/Edditing Settings and Limits.  In the Group Creation/Edditing Settings there is a setting 'Publish new Downloads' that needs to be set to Yes.  Its default is No.
