Where can I edit these texts for another language?

Where can I edit these texts for another language? I already installed the Spanish language but that doesn't work for any frontend template. I want to do it manually.

normally must this be translated via the language file. Could you send me the Spanish language file for the frontend?

Could you advise how you installed the Spanish Language?
If you have both Engliash and Spanish front end languages then you need to make your site a multilingual site
