I am looking for a tool to upload photos on our site
These uploads are used to make slideshows during our parties
For each party, there may be several themes with a different number of photos to load for each theme.
The ideal is that at the time of loading the name of photos is prefixed by the name of the Joomla user, that the user can delete these own photos and reload new ones within the limit aut

It is then necessary that a member of the projection team can download all the photos of a party

Is it possible with Jdownloads

Hi
The Basic answer is Yes
A better organisation would be to create a Category for each Party and then loadd the pics into that category
Here a Category is like a 'folder' and the downloads are the 'files' in the folder

Hi,
maybe would be a image gallery a better solution for your request?
Have you tried it here?

Ok I had a look

I see your documentation for downloading file from a server, but  not for uploading files to a server ?

I thought of using a photo gallery, but it does not meet my needs.
I use Phoca Gallery to propose to our members to create their own photo gallery.

But my need for uploading and retrieving photos for our evenings is different:
- The members must not see the photos of others on the site before the projection (the name of the photos at the limit)

So in the end I'm looking for a specific development that can be included in a maintained product.

thank you

Serge

Serge
When you create a Download in either the front end or the backend it has a section where you supply the location and name of the file to be uploaded. see pic Files Data.png

You cannot create a jD Category in the Front End but you can set up restriced access for the backend.
