Joomla 4.2.6, PHP 8.1, JD beta 4.0.6 before installing 4.0.6 I unstall 4.0.5 including the database tables.)

Issue1: while uploading a file I cannot select ths category and only the cat-ID is displayed (I reported the earlier.)

Issue2: Field change log has not a default value
