Missing support for language placeholders in layouts

Maybe not really a bug. More a missing feature.
I have see that it is not possible to add in the layout fields special language placeholders like this

{en-GB}Welcome!{/en-GB}{fr-FR}Bienvenue!{/fr-FR}{de-DE}Willkommen!{/de-DE}

But I think it can be very useful for websites with multilingual content. Especially as it is currently not possible to activate for every language another layout. So I have now added this support in 3.9.0.1.
