Big files are cut after 500mb download

Hello,
I have o few big files, more than 2000MB. All files stop downloading after 500mb.
It's mp4 files, my wife's lesson.
Where is a problem? When I use direct link (I do not use Joomla and Jdownload) every thing is OK.


I use Joomla 3.8.3 and Jdownloads 3.2.56 last version.

Any help?

Sorry for the delay but getting a suitable file and uploading it took a long time!
As you said it failed after 500Mb I used a 1Gb file. There was no problem with the Download. 

Did you download directly or to a Browser?  I was downloading directly.
