friendly cateogry url

I don't know if it is possible, but I would prefer to have the same alias that I created in my menu in the Jdownloads Selection and Plugins.

For example:
Category: id: 11 - alias: downloads;
I created a menu and gave the alias download.
Url used in my menu: http://escritoriodeprojetos.com.br/downloads

Url created by jdownloads: http://escritoriodeprojetos.com.br/downloads/category/11-downloads
when I change other category or when I use the Content Jdownloads Plugin or when the breadcrumbs is created.

Is it possible to have the same url that I use in my menu to be more Search Engine Friendly?

The url above are real.
- The Joomla! Release version!: updated - Joomla! 3.6.4
- The used jDownloads version!: updated - Jdownloads 3.2.46
- My server is at AWS.

jD, or any other component,  is not able to use the same alias as a menu item as the alias has to be unique.  You can of course use it as the link to jD in say an article.  In a Menu item one directly specifies the category or Download, and the system will tell you at creation time if the alias is not unique.

When jD is making a listing of category or download links it has to generate a unique alias for each one.
Because sub categories in different branches of the category tree can have the same name then it is necessary to include the category id in order to make the alias unique.  This is usual way within Joomla!.  One cannot assume there are no repeated names but the id will be unique.
