Check Download area now ERROR

Hello everyone, I am trying to configure the plugging, small progress, but looking good....

I am having an issue with "Check Download area now"  When i press it and a small window pops up, the window has en error that reads

1267TPL_TZ_LANG_ERROR_INFO

TPL_TZ_LANG_ERROR_DESC

The process never finishes, none of the steps complete. I am using a templaza template, any idea what this is and how to solve it?

any help is highly appreciated!

These look like Template error messages rather thgan jD ones.  Bout to be sure please try turning off Automatic Monitoring in Config - Monitoring tab first question Then from Control panel, which should tell you auto monitoring is off, try again by clicking on Check Download Area Now.
