Joomla 3.5.1 is the problem?

extract jdownload in tmp and Installation = Fixed.

Could you perhaps expand a little more please.  There are several problems with joomla! 3.5.1 that are causing a pain for us so any help would be welcome. Thanks

Maybe only a temporary problem whilst the installation process. I hope so but will test the installation with 3.5.1 again.
