Preview missing on Surface Pro[solved]

Hi again,
I work with both a Macintosh and Surface Pro.  On the Surface Pro the fronted images are missing.   However if you click the file name, it will take you to the download's page.  The image appears there.  See files.

If I look on my Macintosh, the image is on the front and also on the download page.

Is anyone else out there with a Surface Pro having this issue?

Which browser are you using on Surface Pro?  Is it Edge?

This is the same situation as topic http://www.jdownloads.com/forum/index.php?topic=8800 .
It is also solved by the same fix.
Download the attached zip, extract the xml file and then use the Import Layouts button on ther tool bar of the Layouts page
