Frontend Downloads Not Showing New Files

I have upgraded and migrated from Jom 1.5 - 2.5 - 3.4.3, and also jDownloads to ver 3.2.36

I am experiencing issues with NEWLY ADDED downloads not displaying on the frontend, these downloads have been added post migration. All the old downloads are displaying and working correctly.

You can add downloads in the backend, and can see them etc. Just not in the frontend :S

Using the display single category menu item to display on frontend. I have tried changing this to other menu item types, including display all, and still can't see them.

I have compared settings side by side to working/non-working downloads, and can see no variance.

Ran Jom Debug, can't see anything out of the ordinary.

Running PHP 5.4 on Apache, with Plesk.

Any ideas?

Just checking on the obvious thing first!
Do you see the new uploads in thebackend 'Downloads' tab?  The default setting is that they are not published.

What have you set as the view Access Level?
What about the Permissions settings?

Ofcourse - apologies.

You can see them in the backend no problem.

All set to Public, Public allowed to download.

Checked all published and publish date is the 1/9/15.
