News:

Support for jDownloads 3 has been ended
Since 17 August 2023 Joomla.org has discontinued support for Joomla 3.x. Therefore, we will no longer offer official support for our Joomla 3 jDownloads version 3.9.x from January 2024.
Please update your website to the latest Joomla version (Joomla 4 or Joomla 5) as soon as possible. Afterwards, please update jDownloads to the latest published version. The longer you delay, the more difficult the upgrade process for your website is likely to be.

Hi, thanks for the support.

I have installed a jDownloads version 3.2.33 on a Joomla! 3.4.1 Stable.

My server configuration (php.ini) is this:

Uploads allowed: Yes
Maximum size allowed (max_filesize): 10000000M
POST maximum size allowed (post_max_size): 10000001M
Memory limit (memory_limit):
Maximum size of income rises (max_input_time):
Maximum execution time script (max_execution_time): 99999999

I can upload files from the backend, but from the frontend files seem to load correctly but then appear anywhere. Could you help me resolve this error?

Thank you very much and sorry if there is any impropriety, do not speak English and am using a translator.

Hi,
sorry for the delay.

QuoteI can upload files from the backend, but from the frontend files seem to load correctly but then appear anywhere.
What exactly mean you with this? See you an error message?
What for a filetype have you tried for the upload?

Please note that you can configure the frontend upload about the 'User Groups Settings' in the jDownloads control panel.
