create download menu item (frontend upload form)

Hi,

in the new version, where an i find following settings?

Here you can set off/on data fields from the frontend upload form. Not listed fields will required and you can this not set off.  (from version 1.9 uploads)

I want a simple upload form.

Hi,
this settings have we moved to the 'User Groups Settings' page.
Here can you define for every user group different upload form and is very high configurable.
