Can anyone tell me what is wrong with my jDownloads configuration

I have received hundreds of messages from a web-crawler (sample attached). I obviously have something misconfigured. It seems to refer to 'HTML, however, all my downloads are pdfs.

Any help in understanding what the issue is would be much appreciated.
