I'd like a link or directions how to remove this package from my Joomla website.

Hi,
use the instructions from here:
http://www.jdownloads.net/documentation-for-v3-9-beta/getting-started-v3-9/how-to-uninstall-all-of-jdownloads-jd39

To uninstall the 3.2 version is similar as for the 3.9 version.
