Where can one download the German translation?

I was not able to find the translations category for the 3.2 version. Where can one download the German translation?

Hi,The document http://www.jdownloads.net/documentations/item/installing-a-language-pack  may be helpful, even though it is a little old!Note you first must intall the latest Joomla! language pack.  Since writing the article Joomla! language installation has been improved.  Go to Extensions - Languages - Installed and you will find an Install Languages button.  This installs the Joomla! language of your choice.  Installing the jDownloads language is explaind in the article.
