Support for jDownloads 3 has been ended
Since 17 August 2023 Joomla.org has discontinued support for Joomla 3.x. Therefore, we will no longer offer official support for our Joomla 3 jDownloads version 3.9.x from January 2024.
Please update your website to the latest Joomla version (Joomla 4 or Joomla 5) as soon as possible. Afterwards, please update jDownloads to the latest published version. The longer you delay, the more difficult the upgrade process for your website is likely to be.

Hola, need urgently help!
After installing 3.2 (German) I'm missing the control panel! (see attachmend)  ! How may I get it?

has been the first installation of jdownloads. Joomla version is 3.8.11! Regards. ArnoldB

Arnold,
Have looked at your site and found it was all OK in both German and English - see pics.  Tested OK on Firefox, Chrome and Edge. Also OK on my Samsung Galaxy (stacked vertically so you have to scroll down).I also tried Safari on Windows but it failed to open as it claimed it could not establish a secure connection

What device and browser are you using?
