Published, but is pending

How to stop showing in admin tab for ALL downloads with icon-pending and ALL downloads visible on the Front-end? ALL downloads published more than a year ago and nothing is new in 2025.

The only issue is the icon that appears with no explanation why it exist. Hovering over it shows the tool tip - Published, but is pending.

This is also not clear to me.  Do you have two sites accessing the same database?

Only one site using the database on a Dedicated Server. All domains with jDownloads installed shows the same icon-pending. The other domains are different clients. The icon showing is not causing any problems, only inquiring why it exist. I can ignore it as long as "published" doesn't turn into "pending published/disabled" for existing files.

Using inspection from browser, it looks like Joomla Atum template icon.
