Using Cron, not Synching Changed Date

Hi,
great Extension and havily on use right now, since last night.
We noticed that the Changed Date on same File (FTP compared to Joomla) is not synced.
What are we doing wrong? I checked settings couldn't find anything so far.
And a quick forum search..

Any help would be appreciated.


Steps:

- Initial Sync of 18k Files (from FTP Folder)
- Override some Files one day later (they change daily)
- Cronjob runs every 5 Minutes, it takes 3 min to complete the Cron, so its fine.
- Notice, that Files didn't changed in Backend and Frontend (Timestamp "Change").

What can we do? It's very important for us.
