as you can see it stopped working  {jd_file file==4}
i can't find the solution, i tried to uninstall components and plugins but its not working

Need more info on where on your is the problem.

Site is using Yootheme Bulder for editting.  This meant that the default jD layout specified in Options - Content Plugins was not being found.
Problem solved by using {jd_file onlinelayout==Standard Files Layout v3.9} before the {jd_file==4}
