layout import ID numbers

issue
when you import a new template it is added as a new template. This makes maintenance a little tricky.

solution
add an optional parameter to the xml of the layout which allows you to set an ID number and will then overwrite a selected existing layout already present. I would make it so that a system default template cannot be overwritten with this method.

Hi,
Thanks for suggestion.  However if one did as suggested it might over write the wrong one!  This is not worth the risk in my view.
Personally I always change the names and in the more recent one I geneally setr it to include my own reference  either as say v<nN> or to include the word NEW.
