Administrator Upload notification

I would like to send a notification by mail when the administrator publishes a new file available for download.
The notification should be sent only to users who have the right to download this file.
Can anyone tell me how to do (if is possible do it)?

Hi,
in the moment exist not a feature like this in jDownloads. But maybe exist a admin plugin which do this for article content in the JCE?
Please check this and when you have found it, we can rework this for jDownloads. We have in the moment not the time to add this feature complete new.
But i will move your wish in the suggestions category.

thank you for the answer.
Although at the moment there is not this function, the software is great.
Maybe I can get help from a friend (software engineer) and we find a solution.
