There are many ways to create websites like Photoshop & Flash etc. But my question is that in b/w Photoshop & flash, which is better for us?.

photoshop is a software/application which you use to design or edit images. you cannot have/build websites using that. clearly you should know that! :)
Both flash and photoshop websites have there own advantages. But now days its better to have photoshop website
1) Loading time is fast in Photoshop
2)In Flash websites SEO is not possible much
3) Now such java scripts being available which look alike flash but loading is very fast as compared to Flash websites 4) THen complete flash website making , maintenance and update charges are far more than photoshop website
I will recommend to have photoshop websites. Yes you can use flash but within headers and banners (if needed) , otherwise javascripts offers excellent sliders .
