maybe someone can help me to fix this.
I am using the Editor Button also for another Editor Window in the same Article (in Custom Fields)
When selecting a download in the main editor it inserts the shortcode into the wrong editor window in another tab.
I tested with Joomla Core and it works normally with those buttons... but not with jDownloads.

I am confused!
Are you talking about the Joomla! Custom fields? Not sure they are supported yet in jD but I know Arno is working on them.
Could you perhaps include some pics to help.
