when i try to access the front end
http://marketing.mobilecenter.lt/index.php/marketing-materials menu option "List all categories (Default)" I get error Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class JDHelper in /home/marketing/public_html/components/com_jdownloads/helpers/jdownloadshelper.php on line 23.
Any idea why?

Does this happen with a logged in user?
Because you have a login page ast front end I assume that the 'marketing' link is taking users to some restricted area.
