Title: Batch processing strpping file size and tag data

I've created several downloads, but forgot to assign the correct category to each of them.
I then used the batch button to move them all in one go to the correct category.
Problem is i still have to go back into all but 1 item to add in the file size information and Tags again as these have been stripped.
Is this by design or is it indeed a bug?

Joomla 3.7.4
PHP 5.6.27

I can only confirm the 'Tags' problem. The file size still exist in my tests.
