I´ve tried to update jdownloads from 3.2.41 to 3.2.46 several times. After updating, some menu items are missing. I can see the items still in my database, but in Joomla backend they are missing.
Anybody knows this problem and can help me?

One reason why a menu item may go missing is if the component associated with the menu link is missing (uninsalled) then the menu link becomes disabled.
How did you update jD. Did you uninstall and the Reinstall? That could cause Joomla! a problem
When I looked at your operational site I could not see any link to downloads - maybe it is my lack of German! But could you tell me where is a download link please.
