When I use normal user account and I want to add some file all fields tabs disappears one by one when I go to next - see picture.
I don't have that on my superuser account.
I noticed that all these tabs get style="display: none;". But why only on normal account?

I can not understand why you have so many problems.
When you have a fresh and clean installation should this not be possible. Or have you tested much scenarios and many settings are not more on 'default'?
To your problem:
- i can not confirm this here with version 3.2.45
- so what is your version?
- have you changed any css classes?

Can it be that you have manipulated the css to remove the backlink from jDownloads in the footer? In this case you lose our support.
