Hi ,I hope you are ok.
I am trying to use the JD on an articles using the following {jd_file file==1} where "1" is the ID number of the Download. I already activated all the plugin but the download button does not appears.
What can I do?
Thanks
Hi
Have you checked the Permissions? Could you advise which files layout you used . Also have you looked at the docs?
Colin
Hi,
Thanks for your answer, I already read all the Doc. The problem is that it do not recognize the command file jd_file == {1} in the article. the plugins "Button - Content" and "Content jDownloads - jDownloads" are activated. Please take a look the picture I am attaching.

Hi
Could you please check that the jDownloads Content Plugin is Enabled.
Also check the jD Config Plugin tab to see what layout is activated - I would suggest you use either Files Link Only v3.2 or Files Link Single Line v3.2
And also see that Enable Plugin is also set there as well.
Colin

Hi
The plugin does work but there is some set up or other criteria that is not right on your site.
Have you a menu item of jD type List All Categories? Have you tried a menu Item of jD type List all Downloads so you can see the Download, which I resume is published.
the correct syntax is {jd_file file==1} not jd_file == {1} where the Download concerned has an id of 1
If it still does not work maybe you could PM me super admin login details and I will look.
Which Editor are you using?
Colin
