hello everyone, today I update jDownloads to ver. 3.2.44.
After that I try to add new file with "Check Download area now."
But I receive error:
at step 3:
Fatal error: Class 'Helix' not found in /...//templates/shaper_radon/error.php on line 11
Any idea ?

This does not sound like a jDownloads problem. Helix is the framework used in the Radon template.
I think that it is more likely to be with your template which may not have been updated to suit Joomla! 3.5.1 - which had some 'unannounced' changes. If there was a general problem with what you did we would have had a lot of reports much earlier.
The error message indicates that the framework has not been loaded for some reason.

With the template Atomic Beez5 is the same problem but there is Error: 1267

This can be problem with Download directory monitoring.
When I check it to Yes the the all admin panel of jDown it looks different.

Ok, problem solved.
Problem was with Polish characters in files name.
