Title: All downloads getting error message

Hi Arno, all of my downloads are getting an error now and are no longer working.  I am on Joomla 3.5.1 and PHP 5.6.19.  The only recent change is the .1 update to Joomla.  Error message screen shot attached:

Hm... can you send me login data for your backend via PM?
Your hoster had not change the PHP version?

Sometimes i hate the Joomla developer...  ::)

So i have deactivated the e-mail send option in the jD config for the moment. So your users can download the files again.

I work intensively on a new version as Joomla has many things changed (but not really communicated). I hope that we can publish the fixed version very soon.

Okay the problem is solved:
- you had activated the 'send email' option but not email address was declared as recipient
- this possibility is fixed in the in the coming version 3.2.42

Your problem has also nothing to do with my posted link above.

Hi Arno, the piece you highlighted in the above attachment, I do not use.  I only use the email notification when something is uploaded. I look forward to the next release so my users can be notified again.  Thanks, Larry

I could have enabled it when I was messing around trying to fix the initial issue of not being able to download.  Thank you for bringing to my attention.  Do you have an ETA on the next release which fixes what Joomla team broke?

Hi Arno, i am still getting the same error even with the new version installed.. :( This is now when uploading.  the files posts, but that error shows up and no email notifications go out. Also, the featured star  no longer shows even if features is turned to yes.

I have found out, that in the email address lists exists a invalid special character (tab). Maybe was it  pasted from a textfile. I have this character now removed so you should try it again.

Hi Arno, I just got to this as I arrived in California for my business trip. I turned emails back on and tried again.  I got the same error as the original post, but the item did succesfully post.  No email because of the error.

Hi,
your problem is not really a bug in jDownloads. You had not a complete valid list of email addresses. Here should you be more careful next time.
