I am very happy with using JDownloads, many thanks for the great job you have done !
The only lack of features is related to the Search plugin, and to the Custom fields.
In fact, as far as I know, it is not possible to filter search results according to the custom fields...
And I didn't find a way to make a menu link which would show the Downloads filtered according to a custom field.
Do you think it would be possible to integrate these features to a future revision of JD ?

PS : Is it possible to change the layout of the Joomla Search Results, so that the Downloads are easier to read ?

the jDownloads search plugin has only rudimental search functions.
When you need more you should use the internal search function from jDownloads. Here it is also possible to create a special menu item for it (with additional options).

I have tried to configure JD internal search to make a search on a custom field.
But I didn't found the way to do it.
I would like to change the layout of search results, so that there is 1 result / line.
And add an image of the file extension in front of the search result.
How can I do that ?
