Are you having permissions problems or something else we can help with?

If you are could you please explain what arrangement of categories you plan and so on

yes I have permissions problems, i migrate to joomla 2.5 to 3.4, now I update jdownloads from 2.3 to the last version, and now appear a message "please register or login to download from this category", i dont now whats the problem. please help me.

This is a Joomla! protection problem.
Have you read the documentation?
Please see http://www.jdownloads.net/documentations/category/access-controls-and-user-group-permissions
There are several articles which should help.

If you still have problems then I will look at your site.  This will need supr-admin access so you would need to PM me details
