Hello, I installed jDownloads 3.2.38 and with it came the jDownloads Latest module.
When there is no published downloads it does not show anything, not the module name, has anything I can do to make your own message?

Yes if there are no published Downloads then nothing is shown!
However if you install the NoNumber Advanced Module Manager, which is free, then a Field 'Hide if empty' appears to show Title if you have set it to appear.

I would like to appear a message "not available downloads" when there were no published downloads, possible?

It is a very, very unusual circumstance not to have any Downloads at all. So could you say why you should want that situation as it does not make sense to me at the moment.

Hello Colin, I would like to appear the message to the module area is filled and stay determined. As you can see in the picture, if there is no donwload nothing appears, breaking the layout.
