We are using JDownloads 3.2.36 with joomla 3.4.3. First of all, thank you in advance for you time and your future help.
We have several folder with several files in each folder, where each user will be able to download or not these files depending the points earned with "Alpha User Points", also, each user will be able to upload some files in his/her own folder.
We have some "issues" and/or questions about JDownloads, we list them below:
1. Can JDownloads create automatically a folder for each user, or must be created that folder manually as a shared folder? Because we have not found any option to do that.
2. Inside folders created we have few files only, but in one of them we have 14 files and it shows only 10 per page, the problem is that pagination does not work (it gives the same link with a # at the end and it does not work)
3. The last problem we have seen is next, most of files are being removed suddenly... the website is still in development, so there are no users and no permissions to users to let them remove files, and this it's VERY strange... we don't know how can this happens.

Please read the examples and hints about Alpha User Points in the jD documentation.

jD can create for every user automaticly a special folder in jD. See option in pic 1. But this feature is currently not really usable. Since the upload/download management for this special option is not ready in the current version. This is planned for the coming version 3.3.

You mean in the frontend? Nobody else has reported a problem like this. Please send me a link to this via PM.

jDownloads will
never delete any
files. But it can be (when you have activated the auto monitoring) that a
Download will be unpublished by this function. As example when the assigned file not exist.
So when you are sure about this, i need more detailed informations about this issue. A concrete example can be useful.
