Hi
i updated to joomla 3.4.3 and jdownlads 3.2.36


. the problem is  with permission of downloads for user

. users cannot download files.
in configuration of jdownloads i set  the permission to allowed for users to download but user in front cannot download
. please help me

when a user can not download a file you have incorrect permission settings.
Please use at first the documentation. Here exist some examples, tutorials and hints.
As example here:

But maybe should you at first use this hints:
http://www.jdownloads.net/documentations/item/show-permissions-graphically-an-overview
Then can you see more in detail what is wrong in your settings.

HI i found that when i edit   a  download and click on save the the permission is set to  allowed download for users


. but i have 3000 file its to many to open each file and save it.

Have you read all the articles about the correct permission settings?
It is not required to edit every download to solve this issue. This is the wrong way.

You can reset all permissions (tools page). Afterwards can you define new in the global jD permission settings what you really need:
