Hi, it is possible to be set file author's name was the same as name of Joomla user?

it exist currently only this option about user names (see pic).

There are two names associated with a Download: the name of the creator of the Download; and the Author of the Download. Thses are kept separate as the person who creates the upload may not be the person who authored the principle work in the download. The author could for example be the name of a composer. So I think it is useful to keep that distinction.

I suspect you were asking that the user who is doing the uploading should automatically become the Creator if no name is supplied.
