Post by: Nakadale on 25.06.2015 10:19:01
Hi,

I've got this problem. I have a Joomla website with Jdownload installed in it on drive C. this work fine without a problem until I decided to put my Joomla Site in another Drive. I tried to change the Upload Directory Folder on the Jdownload Configurations page but all i get whenever i change it I always get this error "Error Upload root folder not found!" now im stuck on how to fix this.

im open to solutions as how to fix it. i really need it to transfer it to another drive since my Drive C is almost full.

Hi
How did you move things?  Was it say by an Akeeba backup?  This is usually very good.  Is everything else working OK?
The most likely thing is that you need to change the Upload directory path in Config - Downloads tab.  Best if a top level directory
It should show all the directories are writeable.  You should also have directory images/jdownloads.

Also do you have any redirection or similar in the .htaccess file?
