Title: Download with php script
Post by: wolfspyryt on 02.03.2015 16:54:51
When I set to "Downloads with PHP Script" the download link takes you to an html page. I need to turn off the php script, but I get this error. It only happens on my pc, on my smartphone it is fine.

I found the error. It was in my .htaccess file.

Good you sorted that out.  Would be helpfull to know what you had to put in the ,htaccess file so others may benefit.

Thanks

There was a conflict with a module called ExtraWatch, that had written to the .htaccess file. When I removed their addition, Turning off the JDownload's Feature "Php Script" all works perfectly. I am also discovering other issues with ExtraWatch that is also not connected to you. Hope that helps you.

Thanks, that is helpful to know, and re-assuring it is not a jD challenge.  Will keep ExtraWatch plugin on, say, extra watch!! ;D ;D
