Yes, it is the main priority. And the answer to your next question is as soon as possible!
There are various minor things that could be 'improved' but Arno is just concentrating on what are main issues that stop jDownloads working.
jDownloads is packed with features and the testing regime is 'challenging' because of the huge flexibility.
