Nobody else has this message. Have you deactivated javascript in your browser?

Maybe also a chaching problem.
But you should activate this option. Nobody deactivate today really the javascript.

This message displays only when admin logged on frontend...

Asko I found that this message displays only in downloads that was created by me.
Downloads that created by other admin don't have this message...

I can not reproduce this here. Anyway whether i'm logged in as super admin or not. Only when i deactivate the javascript in my browser i can see this (correct) message.

Ah.. okay, it seems to be the edit icon. I will check it. But you are until today the only one with this problem.

Plase confirm this settings:
1. you have as super admin created this Download
2. you see this message only when you are logged in
3. you see this only in Downloads which you have created
4. you have the 'e-mail addresses concealing' setting = No
5. you have activated javascript in your browser
